Project Reveal: Refined Greenwood Living

We’re thrilled to share a fresh look at one of our favorite transformations to date—Refined Greenwood Living, a full-home design refresh located just outside of Indianapolis in the cozy community of Greenwood. This project was all about taking a classic builder-grade home and layering in warmth, personality, and thoughtful details that reflect the people who live there.

Led by our Lead Designer Michelle and Interior Designer Sydney, this transformation was all about layering warmth and refinement into a once builder-basic home. Michelle’s eye for clean lines and timeless finishes combined with Sydney’s intuitive styling and bold pattern play brought personality into every corner—from the welcoming foyer to the serene owner’s suite.

Throughout the home, we curated a color palette that feels elevated yet approachable. Crisp City Loft on the walls (SW7631), paired with High Reflective White trim (SW7757), set the stage for subtle drama and contrast. In the kitchen, we introduced a pop of personality with a bold blue island in Secret Cove (SW9058), paired with quartz countertops, an integrated backsplash, and a custom vent hood that quietly blends into the cabinetry.

The living room’s reclaimed antique fireplace mantle, washed in a soft neutral tone, adds instant character. Thoughtfully chosen wallpapers—like the entry’s organic Sheffield Aegean pattern and the playful yet polished selections in the bathrooms—offer texture and movement without overwhelming the space.

The primary bathroom got its own dose of drama and elegance with a custom vanity painted in Silken Peacock (SW9059)—a rich teal that ties back to the kitchen island and adds continuity throughout the home. Framed by striking wallpaper in a soft geometric pattern, the space balances playful texture with sophisticated lines. Matte black fixtures and twin mirrors add modern edge, while soft gray tile and layered lighting create a soothing, spa-like ambiance. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to reflect the homeowners' personality while ensuring the space feels both fresh and timeless.
