Meet The Designer
Michelle Norgren
Michelle always knew she wanted to be a designer. In junior high, she would rearrange the furniture in her parents' house. By high school, Michelle watched design shows and was sketching dream homes for different lifestyles.
Michelle graduated from Murray State University with a degree in Architectural Engineering. Her approach to interior design starts with a more complete understanding of the building or the house. Along with a deep focus on how each space needs to function to create a fully integrated design. After college, Michelle worked for accomplished designers in Michigan and Indianapolis, honing her design skills and learning how to run a studio. Michelle combined her love of design with her business skills and started MRN Designs in 2020. In her freetime, you can find Michelle riding her bike on the Monon, hiking with her dogs, Charlie and Stella, or riding horses.
